These Event Planning tickets are one of several ways we raise funds to support the work we are doing to abolish abortion in the United States. If/when the planning of an event is successful, Event sponsors have the option purchasing Gift packages from our website for the respective events. Sponsors have the option of requesting that these packages be shipped or brought to their respective event by a representative of The Anna Banana Show. All Event Planning tickets are listed for a non-refundable administrative fee of $25. This non-refundable $25 fee does not guarantee the realization of said event. Purchases for any and all Event Planning ticket(s) cost a non-refundable administrative fee of $25, and a purchase(s) does not guarantee the realization of said event. Purchases for Event Planning tickets opens up a good faith line of communication between the user and a representative of The Anna Banana Show to coordinate back and forth in hopes of making said event a realization. As there are many unpredictable factors that go into the coordination and planning of an event, neither party can guarantee that said event will happen. Once you pay the $25 fee and download an Event Planning ticket, please allow 48 hours for a member of our team to reach out to you. We will reach out to you via email and/or text to set up a time to discuss details and make arrangements that are suitable for both parties.

In the occurrence that an actual event does not materialize, I, the user, agree and understand that I will not be refunded the Event Planning fee, nor will I hold The Anna Banana Show, LLC “The Anna Banana Show,” liable in any way for any perceived loses in resources, expectations, delays, non-delivery, outcomes, etc. I agree that The Anna Banana Show, LLC has full discretion in any decision on whether to move forward with an event or not to move forward with an event. I agree that The Anna Banana Show, LLC reserves the right to refuse a sponsorship request(s) if /when The Anna Banana Show, LLC discerns that it poses a conflict and/or violates our policies, safety regulations, or applicable laws. ALL GOODS ARE SOLD ‘AS IS’ AND THE ANNA BANANA SHOW EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
