Gift Package Tickets are digitally downloadable gift package tickets which support the work of The Anna Banana Show to unite, organize, and mobilize God’s Church to follow through on God’s mandate to Abolish Abortion. If the Lord moves your heart, please consider sponsoring a gift package for a special moment by purchasing one or more Gift Package tickets. These Gift Package tickets are one of several ways we raise funds to support the work we are doing to abolish abortion in the United States. If someone you know has a special moment coming up, such as a Baby Shower, a Child Birth, a Child Adoption, or a Child Fostership, you can purchase a Gift Package ticket for $25 and help celebrate the special moment. You can choose to have The Anna Banana Show assemble and ship out a custom gift package on your behalf from our selection of gift items to the recipient or you can simply purchase the items from our shop yourself and have it shipped to you without purchasing a Gift Package ticket. Please note that purchasing Gift Package tickets means you intend on having The Anna Banana Show assemble and ship the items to the recipient on your behalf. Prior to shipment, you will receive a form to select from a list of Gift items. A representative of the Anna Banana Show will assemble and ship the items to the recipient’s mailing address you provided. All Gift Package tickets are listed for a non-refundable fee of $25. This non-refundable $25 fee includes administrative cost, processing cost, and gift allowance to select 3 items from our assembly list of gift options. Please note that shipping costs will be separate from the $25 Gift Package ticket cost. Once the Gift Package has been assembled and ready for shipping, we will reach out to you with an invoice for shipment cost. The Gift Package is shipped as soon as you select the 3 gift items for the recipient and pay the invoice of the shipment cost. We are not liable for any inaccurate information you provide. Once Gift package has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. We are not liable for any shipping delays or delivery issues once the package has left our studio. Once you pay the $25 fee and download a Gift Package ticket, please allow 48 hours for a member of our team to reach out to you. Disclaimer and Terms of Service for Gift Package Tickets

I, the user, declare that I am of legal age, have read the Disclaimer and Terms of Service and I, the user, hereby accept and agree to the terms and conditions as stated. I understand that my agreement is my legal consent for accessing and utilizing The Anna Banana Show, LLC “The Anna Banana Show,” website including all information, tools, and services available from this site to me, the user, conditioned upon my acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated on “The Anna Banana Show” website. I understand that purchases for any and all Gift Package ticket(s) include a non-refundable administrative, processing, and allowance fee totally $25. I, the user, agree and understand that this non-refundable $25 fee includes administrative cost, processing cost, and a gift allowance to select 3 items from the assembly list of gift options provided to me by The Anna Banana Show. The shipping costs will be separate from the $25 Gift Package ticket cost I already paid. Once the Gift Package has been assembled and ready for shipment, The Anna Banana Show will reach out to me, the user and purchaser of the gift package ticket with an invoice to pay for shipping cost. I will have up to 3 days to pay for the shipping invoice in full. If I do not pay for the shipping cost in full after 3 days, I will pay a restocking fee of $10 before another shipping invoice is generated and sent to me. The Gift Package is shipped as soon as I select the 3 gift items for the recipient and pay the full invoice of the shipping cost. The Anna Banana Show is not liable for any inaccurate information I provide. Once Gift package has been shipped, I will be provided with a tracking number. The Anna Banana Show is not liable for any shipping delays or delivery issues once the package has left The Anna Banana Show studio. I, the user, agree and understand that I will not be refunded the Gift Package fee, nor will I hold The Anna Banana Show, LLC “The Anna Banana Show,” liable in any way for any perceived loses in resources, expectations, delays, non-delivery, outcomes, etc. I agree that The Anna Banana Show, LLC has full discretion in any decision on whether to agree to assemble or not assemble a gift package. If The Anna Banana Show declines to assemble and ship the items on my behalf after I have paid for a Gift package ticket, I will receive a $25 Gift Card from The Anna Banana Show to select items from The Anna Banana Show Shop and ship the items myself to the recipient. I agree that The Anna Banana Show, LLC reserves the right to refuse a sponsorship request(s) if /when The Anna Banana Show, LLC discerns that it poses a conflict and violates our policies, safety regulations, or applicable laws. ALL GOODS ARE SOLD ‘AS IS’ AND THE ANNA BANANA SHOW EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Anna Banana Show does not assume, or authorize any other person to assume on the behalf of The Anna Banana Show, any liability in connection with the sale of the Goods.
